Martin Lee LLM
Sole Principal
The sole principal of the practice, Martin has 30 years of legal experience, including but not limited to Housing, Landlord & Tenant law and practice (both residential & commercial); Wills and Probate.
In addition to advising private clients Martin also represents a number of local authorities and housing associations when they encounter difficulties and require advice on housing matters.
Nicola Robertson LLB(Hons)
Associate Solicitor
Nicola joined the practice in 2001 and qualified as a solicitor in 2007. She has gained extensive experience in Civil Litigation and Housing, as well as Landlord and Tenant law and practice.
Nicola specialises in advising private landlords with housing and tenancy problems. She also represents a number of local authorities and housing associations when they encounter housing tenancy and landlord & tenant problems.
John Frith MA
Consultant
John is a solicitor with 35 years’ experience, including but not limited to commercial landlord and tenant work, commercial property sales and purchases, property and commercial litigation and business sales and purchases.
John specialises in advising both landlords and tenants in all aspects of commercial estate management, from new leases to dilapidations’ claims.
